XstalBio launches new business at the British Pharmaceutical Conference in Manchester, 4th September 2006
Assessing the structure of immobilised proteins and antigens using circular dichroism Dr Ashok Ganesan, Senior Scientist at XstalBio, presented the latest developments in the field of circular dichroism to the British Pharmaceutical Conference this week to coincide with the launch of XstalBio CD Services.
For the first time this provides a reliable way to study the secondary and tertiary structure of proteins 1, bound to or within microparticles or microcrystals 2, as suspensions of lyophilised powders 3, in aqueous in the presence of scattering particles or as aggregates.
